We are seeking a Digital Growth Lead to develop and drive strategic digital initiatives that enhance our brand presence and accelerate business growth. As a full‑time, on‑site role based in Ardmore, OK, the Digital Growth Lead will take charge of implementing digital strategies, managing online campaigns, analyzing key metrics, coordinating project deliverables, and optimizing digital marketing efforts. This role involves collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to align digital initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring impactful and measurable outcomes.
Qualifications- Expertise in Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing to drive campaigns, increase online engagement, and generate leads
- Strong Project Management skills to oversee the execution of digital initiatives and ensure timely delivery of outcomes
- Analytical Skills to assess campaign performance, interpret data, and make data‑driven decisions
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with different teams and stakeholders and presenting insights and recommendations clearly
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is an added advantage
