Service Technicians will install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. They act as a technical resource for customers and the sales force. This position works independently or in small teams in a field service environment, and is a primary customer contact. You will service Rite-Hite products out of Arden Hills, WI, to service the Twin Cities Metro Area from a service truck (which you can home-base at your residence).

Rite-Hite requires experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Prior experience in repair or installation of industrial equipment is preferred. Selected candidate must be able to work independently in a field environment. Good customer service skills are required. Must be able to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds. Driving a company vehicle requires a pre-employment drug test and clean driving record, as well as a DOT physical.

The hiring range for this position in USA-MN-Arden Hills is $25.70-$35.30 per hour based on a 40-hour work week. The number of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus opportunity may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of benefits including medical, dental, life, and vision insurance, disability, a 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and PTO/vacation.
