About the role
The Product Manager III, EMPOWER Leadless Pacemaker (LP) Marketing, will support the launch and ongoing commercial execution of an exciting portfolio of products within Cardiac Rhythm Management ( product line responsibility for the EMPOWER LP, a key component of the Modular CRM (mCRM) System, an area of significant growth within the CRM franchise. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of CRM products, customers, and competitors, and a strong business acumen to lead marketing strategy and execution of this critical product to advance our CRM business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the commercialization of the EMPOWER LP and mCRM System and serve as Brand Champion post‑launch.
- Lead the development and implementation of EMPOWER and mCRM promotional and educational assets to support product awareness, clinical education, and sales enablement.
- Partner with customer activation and social media teams to build a powerful and consistent presence across channels.
- Execute and maintain monthly dashboards on EMPOWER and mCRM to communicate progress to internal stakeholders.
- Help develop, execute and maintain EMPOWER and mCRM commercial marketing annual operating plans to ensure accurate planning, address changing needs, and optimize budget allocation.
- Identify customer needs through clinician and field engagement in support of new market opportunities and investments.
- Utilize customer segmentation and product‑positioning models to formulate and execute effective messaging, concept marketing techniques, and channel management. Support key opinion leader relationships.
- Coordinate closely with cross‑functional partners, including supply chain, manufacturing, sales, finance, and sales operations—to ensure operational readiness and flawless launch execution.
- Partner with regional marketing teams on EMPOWER and mCRM launches to facilitate best practice sharing, monitor global competitive activity, and ensure global inputs to business decisions.
- Appropriately utilize BSC systems and processes to execute product development and management.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of professional experience.
- 2+ years of medical marketing or medical device experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize across simultaneous work streams, and apply creative problem‑solving.
- Demonstrated success working as an integral cross‑functional team member.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (mostly US; some global travel may be required).
- MBA or related advanced degree.
- Experience with Cardiac Rhythm Management products and customers.
- Ability to influence leadership and key stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills and creation of compelling, cohesive, and succinct presentations.
- Demonstrated track record building relationships in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

CompensationMinimum Salary: $93600
Maximum Salary: $177800
The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific will vary based on the actual location of the position and other pertinent factors.
