About the role:

Boston Scientific is seeking an EP KOL & Customer Engagement Manager (Electrophysiology Key Opinion Leader and Customer Engagement Manager) to support our leadership and growth in Atrial Fibrillation care globally. This role is responsible for delivering high-impact, physician-centric engagement programs that strengthen relationships, build advocacy, and elevate the customer experience across key markets. This role will partner cross-functionally with Clinical, Marketing, R&D, and Scientific Affairs, this position ensures alignment with strategic priorities while executing differentiated engagement experiences that convert physician customers into trusted Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office either Minnesota or Marlborough, a minimum of three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Execute global EP customer engagement programs, including advisory boards, round tables, and congress activities.
  • Build and sustain trusted, long-term relationships with electrophysiology KOLs to drive advocacy and scientific exchange.
  • Partner with global stakeholders to plan and deliver strategically aligned international physician visits.
  • Capture and synthesize clinical and market insights to inform R&D, Marketing, and Scientific Affairs.
  • Deliver EP engagement strategies that enhance customer experience, loyalty, and brand affinity.
  • Prepare Annual Needs Assessments for HCP consulting and advisory engagements.
  • Maintain the EP divisional customer engagement calendar to ensure visibility and alignment.
  • Document interactions and measure effectiveness using internal tracking tools.
  • Serve as the primary company representative accompanying designated physicians during Asia-Pacific travel.
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years' experience in electrophysiology.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Proven ability to design and execute high-touch, integrated customer engagement programs.
  • Willingness and ability to domestically and internationally travel 60% approximately.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Proven experience in international program management or global medical affairs.
  • Familiarity with medical congress planning or healthcare professional engagement strategy.
  • Prior experience supporting physician travel or logistics in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Working knowledge of industry regulations related to HCP interactions and compliance.
Requisition  Minimum Salary: $97000 Maximum Salary: $184300

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.

At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.
