Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Facility Maintenance
Overview
The Maintenance Team Member is responsible for performing daily cleaning and repair tasks, completing monthly preventative maintenance, and assisting with additional projects as assigned. This role requires an early-morning schedule, a strong work ethic, and a solid understanding of equipment and basic technical skills.
Reports toSenior Director of Operations
Responsibilities- Perform monthly preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment
- Complete morning cleaning checklists to ensure restaurant readiness
- Conduct fryer boil-outs and other deep‑cleaning procedures
- Assist with truck deliveries, including unloading and submitting credits
- Repair equipment as assigned
- Carry out additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
- 10-20 hours per week
- 6am-10am availability.
- Ability to lift 50 lb.
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Previous work experience in a maintenance related position
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent problem solving skills
