• As a SUD Charge Entry Team Account Representative, you will be responsible for timely and accurate review, entry, and billing of provider charges, ensuring claims meet insurance, coding, credentialing, and authorization requirements.
• The position requires close communication with providers and staff to resolve billing issues, reconcile reports, manage task baskets, and correct errors within established deadlines and policies.
• Daily review and billing out of provider charges.
• Weekly reconciliation of Encounter Reports to ensure all acknowledged appointments are billed.
• Verify that claims are billed out properly.
• Enter all charges by deadline dates - 3 deadlines per month.
• Re-bill and/or void and re-enter claims as requested by management or providers.
• Expire non-applicable notes from patient accounts.
• Regular reconciliation of hold reports to ensure billing is sent out in a timely manner.

• High school graduate or above.
• Insurance billing and follow up experience;
  Mental Health/SUD experience preferred.
• Computer experience required;
  Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Customer service experience.
