As a Admissions Scheduler-Behavioral Health at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will answer and route calls for patients and referrers seeking behavioral health services, scheduling appointments and managing referrals for Minnesota clinics. Maintain accurate patient records, handle EHR communications, address concerns, and support clinic operations through effective communication and administrative coordination.

Responsibilities- Promptly answer phone calls from patients and referents seeking behavioral health services
- Schedule patients for behavioral health services for Minnesota clinics
- Guide callers through scheduling processes and provide education about available services
- Process internal and external referrals; place outbound calls to schedule requested services
- Manage EHR inbox; promptly address and respond to messages and inquiries
- Communicate scheduling outcomes with referents
- Verify and update patient demographic information
- Address patient complaints and concerns and elevate to management when appropriate
- High School Diploma required
- Display empathy and sensitivity in navigating complex situations with patients
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Self-motivated with ability to multi-task, handle stress, deescalate, and problem solve
- Superb verbal communication skills
We offer an hourly pay option to meet your professional and financial goals!
Hourly- $18.00 per hour
- Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location.
- Employees in these positions are W2.
