As a Loan Agency Relationship Associate I, you’ll play a key role in SRSA’s Loan Agency team by supporting sophisticated lending transactions, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day administration of syndicated and bilateral loans. This is a dynamic, fast‑paced role where your attention to detail, communication skills, and problem‑solving abilities directly influence client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Location: This is a hybrid position based in our Denver, CO or Arden Hills, MN office.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $63k-$75k, depending on experience level.

You will become an expert on your portfolio by developing a strong understanding of each transaction in your assigned loan portfolio and serve as a trusted point of contact for borrowers, lenders, internal teams, and external partners. You will support major deal activity by assisting Relationship Managers with new deal closings, amendments, and terminations while coordinating KYC requirements for new transactions and onboarding new clients smoothly.

You will own the daily administration by managing payment processing, reporting, invoicing, collateral reviews, and tickler tracking.

• Maintain a working knowledge of all transactions in the assigned loan portfolio.
• Assist Loan Agency Relationship Managers with deal closings and terminations.
• Coordinate KYC solicitation for new transactions.
• Perform ongoing deal administration for the assigned portfolio. Duties may include processing payments, tickler management, collateral reviews, invoicing, responding to inquiries, reporting, and other related items.
• Independently tackles more complex transactions, tasks, and reporting responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients and parties, both internal and external, to ensure an exceptional experience. This includes professional communication and collaboration with internal groups and external clients by phone and email.
• Use best judgment, interpretation, and problem‑solving skills to understand loan documentation and resolve issues.
• As requested, assist with training and mentoring other team members. May be appointed to a team lead role.
