Business Development Representative

• Meet monthly recruiting expectations
• Meet monthly activity (both phone dial time and dial requirements)
• Attend required training events
• Register Financial Services Professionals for training events
• All other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED – Required
• Previous customer service experience – Preferred
• Previous financial services industry experience – Preferred
• Basic knowledge of annuities, insurance, securities, and investment advisory products and services - Preferred
• Grit and a coachable attitude
• Proficient organizational skills
