In this leadership role, you will guide a team of engineers and scientists in advancing pulsed field ablation (PFA) therapy development. You will collaborate with senior technical staff across product development teams to plan and execute scientific experiments using cutting-edge models and methodologies. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills to foster innovation and deliver breakthrough results.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of 3–6 engineers and scientists
  • Support the career growth and well-being of your team by providing regular feedback, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
  • Drive a culture of innovation and excellence in new product development (NPD) through thoughtful technical leadership and talent development
  • Apply critical thinking to influence business outcomes through insightful analysis and strategic guidance
  • Lead the design and execution of complex scientific experiments, including requirements development, methodology design, testing, and technical documentation
  • Deliver compelling scientific evidence for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across preclinical models and regulatory needs
  • Champion customer-centric approaches in medical device evidence generation
  • Collaborate across functions to support product commercialization and indication expansion
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team and organization
  • Effectively manage change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, influencing without authority, and leading project teams
  • Passion for solving complex problems and improving user outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of cardiac therapies
  • Experience engaging with key opinion leaders to guide product strategy
  • Familiarity with global regulatory processes, including IDEs or product approvals
