Quality Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Quality Engineer I for a Contract with a client in Arden Hills, MN (Hybrid). You will be responsible for investigating product complaints and analyzing post‑market surveillance data to identify trends and ensure compliance.

$35/hour to $37/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Investigate and review returned product lab analysis, customer feedback, and historical data to accurately code product complaints.
• Perform complaint investigations in compliance with local and global quality system processes.
• Analyze post-market surveillance data for patterns and trends, initiating investigations when necessary.
• Respond to Competent Authority Requests and provide clear, accurate documentation.
• Communicate product performance through formal presentations, reports, and customer‑facing documentation.
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to risk management documentation using statistical methods and software.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in medical device or quality systems environment.
• Strong understanding of technical engineering topics and applied statistics for data analysis.
• Ability to operate within quality system processes and independently manage projects to meet deadlines.
