Our Commitment To You:
- Compensation: $84,590 - $110,988 per year (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)

- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in mortgage lending
- 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, evaluate, and grow team members while fostering a positive, high-performance culture; effectively handles performance management and models organizational values.
- Advanced understanding of mortgage lending principles, LOS platform functionality, regulatory requirements (including RESPA, TRID, Reg Z, and HMDA), investor guidelines, and data integrity standards.
- Strong capability to analyze processes, workflows, and system issues; proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to interpret data, troubleshoot system challenges, evaluate trends, and recommend solutions for optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across departments, present to leadership, interpret policies, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Skilled in managing system releases, implementing process changes, driving continuous improvement, supporting automation initiatives, and balancing multiple priorities in both fast-paced and quiet environments.
- This is a full time, exempt level position. Hours will generally be Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00pm.
- This position is part of Royal's workplace flexibility program and has the ability to be remote after a few months of training and proficiency in the position. When not remote, can work out of our Eau Claire, WI or Arden Hills, MN Operations Offices.
- Candidates must live within Royal's branch footprint.
- Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging.
- Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal’s culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.
