Your Role

Are you ready to make an impact and work with a company that values your expertise, ideas, and career growth? As our next Warehouse Lead – 2nd Shift (Monday – Thursday, 2:30pm – 12:30am), you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our organization’s success.

Responsibilities
  • Experienced Oracle user with knowledge of warehouse and inventory management modules
  • Utilize Power BI to manage workflows and align resources
  • Responsible for all inventory accuracy
  • Maintains accurate records and follows established procedures
  • Maintains competency in all logistics functions
  • Maintain acceptable working relationships, attendance, and punctuality
  • Effectively communicate daily with supervisor and across functions
  • Act as liaison to help solve issues
  • Adhere to all safety regulations
  • Lead and coach other Material Coordinators and direct daily duties
  • Provide input into contractor hiring, employee roll‑over and employee performance
  • Demonstrate support of Dover core values
  • Perform other job duties as assigned to meet business needs
Qualifications Basic Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of warehouse experience
  • Supervisor/lead experience
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to provide work direction to Material Coordinators and effective feedback to supervisors
  • Ability to communicate, problem‑solve and work effectively within and outside of the department
Preferred Skills
  • 3+ years ERP experience preferred
  • 1+ year Oracle experience preferred
  • Powered Industrial Vehicle Experience preferred
