About the role

The Senior Sales Strategy Manager will lead the Watchman Strategy Sales Operations team within a dynamic, high-impact environment. This role is central to driving field sales effectiveness through the development and execution of strategic initiatives grounded in data-drivenuchte insights. By combining strong commercial acumen with advanced analytics, this leader will partner across the organization to influence decisions, optimize performance, and guide the evolution of future sales strategies.

As a strategic leader, this role is responsible for cultivating a high-performing team, fostering strong cross-functional partnerships, and spearheading initiatives that accelerate business outcomes while elevating team capability and impact.

Work model, sponsorship, relocation

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Team leadership and development
    • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing Watchman Sales Strategy and Operations team
    • Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture where individuals are empowered to reach their full potential
    • Provide clear direction, day‑to‑day guidance, and consistent performance management
    • Establish and enforce policies that support and standardize field sales operations
  • Sales strategy and execution
    • Define and drive the Watchman commercial strategy through data-backed insights and strategic initiatives
    • Collaborate across commercial, sales, marketing, and operations teams to align on priorities and execute effectively
    • Continuously evolve sales strategies to remain agile in a dynamic market environment
    • Contribute to Strategic Planning and Annual Operating Plans (AOP) with deep business and data insights
