Subcontract Administrator

Job Description

You will be the Subcontract Administrator for the Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for ensuring seamless material flow and supplier collaboration to support manufacturing excellence.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Subcontract Administrator you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, coordinating with program and support teams, and driving on‑time delivery of critical materials.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between external suppliers, program management, and internal IPTs.
  • Monitor and resolve supply‑chain issues that could impact production schedules.
  • Validate material quality and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate on‑time delivery of materials to support manufacturing processes.
  • Document and track supplier performance metrics and corrective actions.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from a standard 40 hour week over five days while others may be condensed.
