Basic Qualifications
- STEM degree at Bachelor’s level or higher
- Ability to focus on continual improvement practices using causal analysis tools to drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Be able to effectively communicate with Customer, Program team and other functional departments.
- Willingness/ability to travel to support program issues/needs as they arise.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and support engineering activities related to special process surveys and supplier issues.
- Strong communication (both oral and written) will be necessary to support the assignment.
- Ability to pass visual acuity and color perception exam.
- Ability to obtain a clearance.
- US Citizen.
You will be the Quality Engineer Associate for our Quality Engineering team. Our team is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality evaluation and control systems to ensure the production of high-quality materials and products.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Quality Engineer Associate, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining quality evaluation and control systems
- Designing and analyzing inspection and testing processes
- Conducting quality assurance tests and performing statistical analysis
- Auditing quality systems to identify and correct deficiencies
- Ensuring corrective measures meet reliability standards and documentation is compliant with requirements
