Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled RN for Med/Surg night shifts, delivering safe, high-quality patient care. This role includes floating to other departments as needed, based on training and experience, to provide support and ensure optimal patient outcomes. The RN will work 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, with 36 hours per week guaranteed, maintaining professional standards and adhering to facility protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in Med/Surg units during night shifts.

• Float to other units as assigned, depending on training and competency.

• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR (CPSI/Evident).

• Adhere to patient safety, infection control, and professional standards.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements:

• Active California RN license.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant nursing experience.

• BLS and ACLS required.

• Proof of negative TB screen within 12 months of contract start.
Additional Information:

• 36 hours per week guaranteed.

• Holiday coverage may be required.
