Overview
Mammography Technologist – Mammography OIC Unit eph Hospital – Eureka, CA. Full‑time, 8‑hour day shifts. Provides diagnostic imaging services in a high‑volume clinical environment.
ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the Radiologist and Lead Breast Center Nurse, performs all technical duties required for applying ionizing radiation for breast imaging. Acts in compliance with Federal MQSA, State, and Joint Commission standards. Produces and evaluates images and related data for physician diagnosis, performs related clerical tasks, and coordinates exams performed.
Required Qualifications- California Mammographic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hire.
- National Registered Technologist – Mammography upon hire.
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year experience in Mammography.
- Experience with MQSA standards.
