• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in center‑based or home‑based settings (paid training provided)
• Teach clients with autism communication, social, and self‑help skills in individual or small group settings
• Collect data to monitor progress of the children we support
• Provide regular written and verbal progress reports on treatment goals
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards set by the Blue Sprig clinical team
• Maintain appropriate social distancing, safety, and enhanced protective hygiene practices on and off the job; we provide PPE, caregiver communication tools, and practices, and limit exposure through small work groups
• Communicate clearly and effectively – orally and written – with clients, families, and colleagues
• Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to acquire further knowledge

• Availability
  • All‑day, Monday‑Friday 8 AM–6 PM
• Pay
  • $19.00 to $20.50 per hour (based on experience) for billable hours as a BT/RBT
  • Once completed BT training, $19.00 for each billable client hour; for BT training and administrators time, $17.00 per non‑billable hour
