We are passionate about supporting healthy ecosystems through sustainable landscaping and habitat restoration. We’re currently seeking a reliable, safety‑focused Plant Delivery Driver to join our team and help deliver live plant material to project sites and clients across the region.

The Plant Delivery Driver will be responsible for loading, transporting, and unloading plant materials safely and efficiently. Deliveries may include native trees, shrubs, grasses, and other ecological products to both commercial and residential sites. The ideal candidate is punctual, organized, and comfortable navigating a delivery truck (and ideally a trailer).

• Safely operate a company delivery truck to transport plant materials.
• Load and unload plant materials carefully to prevent damage.
• Maintain delivery schedules and communicate effectively with the dispatch team.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure all delivery documentation is completed accurately.
• Represent Earth Balance professionally with clients and partners on‑site.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience driving a delivery truck required.
• Experience driving a trailer preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of native plants is a plus, but not required.
