This full‑time hands‑on entry‑level management job leads to the position of a GM and even a franchise owner! Last year our GMs earned $103,000 on average. We have competitive pay, health insurance, and paid time off. Fast food/restaurant management experience is strongly preferred. While we are usually able to meet all reasonable requests for time off, candidates should be available during all our operating hours:

• Sunday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 AM
• Friday and Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 AM

Since delivering will be part of your training, you should have a Florida driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle.

• Lead a team during your shift
• Responsible for all store operations
• Help walk‑in customers
• Operate the cash register
• Make all products quickly and accurately, adhering to portion sizes and recipes
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards

• Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage staff of 3 to 30 people
• Can‑do attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time, and doing the right thing while creating a great workplace
• Reliable vehicle that is insured and a valid driver’s license
• Role model – you’re the person everyone will look to
• At least 18 years old
