This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Arcadia, FL. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, guide and motivate a sales team, and work to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include developing effective sales strategies, assessing team performance, monitoring inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires collaborating across departments to optimize processes and maintain optimal dealership operations.

• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team to achieve goals
• Sales strategy development and customer engagement skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for setting and meeting sales targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficient in negotiation techniques
• Knowledge of automotive sales practices and dealership operations is preferred
• Proficiency in sales technologies and CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
