Action Link is seeking a vibrant, outgoing beauty lover to join our team as a Dyson Beauty Advisor
. Imagine spending your days inside the buzz of Sephora and Ulta, demoing Dyson’s game‑changing styling tools and transforming curious shoppers into confident fans.

With your energy, expertise, and one‑of‑a‑kind flair, you’ll turn ordinary shopping trips into unforgettable beauty experiences!

• Up to 18 hours per week, with required Saturday shifts and flexible availability Wednesday–Friday and Sunday.
• Shops:
  Ultastores in Pasadena and Burbank, and Sephora in Arcadia.

• Pay range: $30.00–$32.00, commensurate with experience.
• Earn while you learn:
  Paid online training to share Dyson product knowledge with confidence.

• Training – help associates become Dyson‑savvy so they can share the magic with customers.
• Merchandising – keep displays sleek, stylish, and totally irresistible.
• Share Feedback – your insights and photos help us fine‑tune the experience; every shift counts.

• Cosmetology license required.
• Personality: bubbly, bold, and ready to chat with every shopper.

  Experience:
  
  retail beauty sales, product demonstration, or hair styling.
• Retail Royalty: familiarity with Nordstrom, Sephora, or Ulta is a plus.
• Beauty Educator: share product know‑how, tips, and tricks with individuals or in groups.
• Travel‑ready with reliable transportation.
• Tech savvy: a smart device to stay connected and enable quick reporting.
• Physical: lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
