Senior Muse (Supervisor)
Primary PurposeThe successful individual will leverage their proficiency in retail to build, maintain, and grow a strong client book, maximize sales through proactive client outreach, and lead the team in achieving personal and team goals.
Responsibilities- Client & Service Expert

Develop and nurture a clientele, model and lead the team in repeat business, and employ strong selling skills. - Leadership Presence
:
Achieve personal sales goals, educate the team on sales plans and store statistics, and drive team performance. - Build Brand Equity
:
Communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic and philosophy, ensure brand consistency, and maintain store presentation standards. - Operational Excellence
:
Supervise store opening and closing procedures, process all POS transactions and inventory functions, and adhere to loss prevention policies. - Core Competencies for All Employees

Work store schedules, stand extended periods, lift boxes up to 40 lbs, climb ladders. - Qualifications
:
Strong written and verbal communication, detail oriented, proactive ability to multi‑task and prioritize; minimum 2‑3 years experience in luxury goods or comparable retail; college degree preferred.

Work SetupBase Pay Range: $17.00 – $27.75 hourly.
