Summary
The Registered Nurse is responsible for collaborating with physicians and other professional healthcare providers both internally and externally to develop and implement a seamless progression of care to meet the patient’s needs. The Registered Nurse is responsible for a wide range of duties including but not limited to providing and coordinating patient care, administering treatments and medications, and maintaining clear and accurate patient records.
WhatYou Will Be Doing
- Perform patient examinations and document any findings or results regarding the patient’s health.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the patient’s needs.
- Perform a wide variety of diagnostic tests, analyze results, and make decisions about a patient’s care in collaboration with other care team members.
- Administer treatments and medications in accordance with the patient’s current care plan and physician’s orders.
- Operate and monitor a wide variety of medical equipment.
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing degree program.
- Current California Registered Nurse license.
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Current CPR certification for healthcare workers.
- Knowledge of HIPAA Compliance rules and regulations.
