Staff RN - Telemetry - Full Time

Keck Medicine of USC is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for the Telemetry unit. The position is a 12‑hour day shift (7:00 AM‑7:30 PM) with up to $5,000 sign‑on bonus.

• Accountable to the unit manager and/or department director.
• Adhere to nursing standards of practice and demonstrate competence in critical behaviors.
• Plan, direct, implement, and evaluate nursing care for each patient; delegate care to licensed staff, unlicensed staff, and supplemental personnel as appropriate.
• Promote unity and teamwork, maintain positive attitude and relationships with coworkers.
• Administer IV therapy and medication with prior competency.
• Participate in the organization‑wide Performance Improvement Program.
• Demonstrate the organization’s values in all patient interactions.
• Perform all duties assigned by manager, director, or clinical lead RN.

• Associate degree in nursing (required). Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure in California (required).
• ACLS certification required; BLS required.
• Basic computer skills required; one year acute care experience preferred.
• Registered nurse with current RN experience in telemetry preferred.

Hourly rate range: $49.86 – $76.69. Pay determined by experience, education, skills, and market factors.
