• Organize and advise in prequalification and selection of architects and project professionals
• Review project design drawings for constructability issues and overall progress
• Monitor construction budget and schedule for adherence to plan
• Attend construction meetings and visit job sites regularly
• Provide input on project implementation and suggest improvements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills
• Knowledge of construction methodologies and industry standards

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 annually. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), health & wellness programs, vacation leave, sick leave, holiday pay, and paid time off.
