A global operations management and analytics company are seeking a seasoned Client Partner with deep expertise in insurance spanning both personal lines and the Lloyd’s market. You’ll lead key client relationships, driving BPO delivery, business transformation, and process optimisation across underwriting, claims, and policy servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own strategic client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Lead BPO engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and process improvements.
- Manage P&L, SLA’s, and growth targets across global delivery teams.
- Identify and drive transformation opportunities aligned to client goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and innovation.
About You:
- Proven track record in a Client Partner or Account Director role within insurance.
- Strong understanding of BPO, business transformation, and operational processes.
- Experience in both personal lines and Lloyd’s market essential.
- Confident managing C-level relationships and complex delivery environments.
- Comfortable working with offshore and cross-functional teams.
