An exciting opportunity working for a growing MGA insurer joining their underwriting operations team. Hybrid working, 2-3 days in their London office, salary up to £100k + bonus & benefits.

• 5 years Operations experience in the London Insurance Market
• Excellent management & leadership skills with the ability to direct, motivate and develop your team
• Effective Relationship & Stakeholder Management (Internal & External)
• Advanced Excel & Power BI skills

You will work alongside the Head of Ops leading the day-to-day work performed by the Underwriting Operations Team. You and your team will continuously develop and improve key Operational systems, processes and controls, lead and manage operational change initiatives across departments.

• Minimum of 5 years of insurance experience, particularly in Lloyd's & Syndicate operations.
• Strong knowledge of the Lloyd’s Market and managing agency systems.
• Ability to direct, motivate and develop people to continually strive for better results
• Excellent Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) experience and Power
  
  BI.
• Strong communication, organisational, and relationship management skills.
