As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll evaluate and treat children with a wide range of communication needs. You’ll create individualized plans, deliver engaging therapy sessions, and partner closely with families and interdisciplinary teammates to help each child progress toward meaningful goals.
Work SettingIn-clinic pediatric therapy services at our clinic locations.
What You’ll Do- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and each child’s needs
- Provide direct therapy to support: speech sound production (articulation/phonology), language comprehension and expression, social communication and functional communication skills
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Track outcomes, document progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Coach parents/caregivers with practical strategies to support carryover at home
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development
- Maintain timely documentation consistent with organizational and regulatory standards
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- California SLP license or eligibility for licensure in California
- Experience providing pediatric speech therapy in a clinical setting
- Strong clinical foundation in speech/language development and common pediatric disorders
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with kids, families, and teammates
- Organized, accountable, and able to manage a caseload efficiently
- Commitment to ongoing learning and evidence-based practice
