The Manager will oversee the Department's use of clinical databases and analytics while managing data requests for clinical improvement initiatives. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field, a current California RN license, and at least 5 years of experience in quality/process improvement.

Preferred qualifications include a master's degree and certifications in project management.
