Little Land Arcadia is a family-focused clinic dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential through play-based and individualized therapy services. Located in Arcadia, CA, our multidisciplinary team offers a warm, supportive environment where children can grow, learn, and have fun.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat children with a variety of sensory, motor, and developmental needs. While feeding experience is not required, it is a valuable asset and highly encouraged. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, motivated to create engaging therapy sessions, and committed to supporting both the child and their family.

Key Responsibilities
  • As a COTA at Little Land Arcadia, you’ll support our pediatric OTs in delivering meaningful therapy through creative and engaging sessions. Every day is different—but always rewarding.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
  • Use playful, purposeful activities to support kiddos in reaching goals related to fine and gross motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care, handwriting, feeding, and more.
  • Be a cheerleader, problem solver, and steady presence in your clients’ therapeutic journey.
  • Collaborate closely with therapists, parents, and caregivers to carry over progress at home and in daily routines.
  • Track progress, document sessions, and contribute insights that help shape ongoing treatment plans.
  • Join in team meetings, in-service trainings, and learning opportunities—because we believe growth is for everyone.
  • Keep the therapy space organized, welcoming, and ready for fun!
Professional Development
  • Stay updated on the latest research, tools, and methods in pediatric occupational therapy.
  • Participate in team meetings, mentorship opportunities, and continuing education initiatives.
Qualifications
  • You love working with kids, think outside the box, and believe in a whole-child approach. You’re also:
  • A licensed COTA in the state of California.
  • Experienced (or highly interested) in pediatrics.
  • Comfortable with sensory integration, motor development, and pediatric milestones.
  • A great communicator—both with tiny humans and their grown-ups.
  • Organized, flexible, and ready to pivot when a session becomes a dance party (yes, that happens here).
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with feeding strategies, but it’s not required!
Compensation & Benefits
  • Multiple Service Formats
    • Little Land Arcadia offers out-patient clinic sessions, Telehealth services, and in-home therapy.
  • Flexible Pay Rates
  • In-clinic and Telehealth sessions are paid at a competitive base rate.
  • In-home therapy commands a higher pay rate to account for travel and additional time requirements.
  • Optional In-Home Services
    • Therapists are not required to offer in-home therapy. However, in-home opportunities are available for those interested in diversifying their caseload and increasing their earning potential.
Additional Benefits
  • Supportive environment with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth.
  • Continuing education support.
  • Family-centered clinic space designed to foster fun, engaging, and effective therapy sessions.
