We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wire and Cable Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent, full-time position offering the opportunity to work on cutting‑edge projects in the engineering industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing wire and cable systems for a variety of applications. Salary: $120,000 – $170,000 per year.

• Design and develop wire and cable systems in accordance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Conduct tests to verify performance and reliability of wire and cable designs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure integration of wire and cable systems into overall project designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to wire and cable systems.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation related to wire and cable design and testing.
• Stay updated with latest trends and advancements in wire and cable technology.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all activities.

• A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; a master's degree will be considered an advantage.
• Minimum of five years of experience in wire and cable design.
• Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, Solid Works or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to wire and cable systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise technical reports.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to stay updated with latest advancements in wire and cable technology.
