1) Multiple Subject credential (Preliminary or Clear) (Detailed copy - must be current and reflect eff/exp dates, document number REQUIRED, embedded authorizations such as English Learner) If you are currently finishing student teaching, but do not yet have a CA credential issued by CTC, please provide written documentation from the university with an anticipated completion date listed.
2) EL Certification (ELAM, ELA 1, CLAD Attach as a separate document if it is not embedded in your Multiple Subject Credential)
3) Three (3) current letters of reference/recommendation- REQUIRED
4) Current Resume

5) Transcripts - BA/BS degree and beyond REQUIRED
6) CBEST or BSR equivalency as approved by CTC.
7) Cover Letter
8) CSET/Exam Score or credential program equivalency for the elementary subject matter

Certificated ATA $12,945.50 annually for 2026-27 (or maximum cashback of $10,957.00 minus the cost of mandatory dental, optional vision, and life if you can provide proof of other employer-sponsored coverage)

* Pre-Employment Requirements (To be completed upon hire):

-Before employment can be finalized, the following requirements must be successfully completed:
1. Fingerprinting and Background Check:

-All new employees must be fingerprinted for the Arcadia Unified School District. If you have previously been fingerprinted for employment with Arcadia Unified, this step may not be required.

-Fingerprints are used to conduct a confidential background investigation.

-Disclosure of Convictions:
All candidates with a record of convictions are required to disclose this information in the designated sections of the EDJOIN application. A conviction record will not automatically disqualify an applicant; however, failure to disclose all convictions may lead to disqualification from the hiring process or dismissal if hired.

-Please note that these fingerprints are separate from any fingerprints completed with any other organizations, including the Commission on Teacher Credentialing, and are required for employment. Fingerprint clearances do not transfer to or from Arcadia Unified.
2. Tuberculosis (TB) Clearance:

-Newly hired employees must provide proof of TB clearance. This can be a Mantoux Skin screening or a risk assessment and certificate of completion, dated within 60 days of your hire date, indicating freedom from active tuberculosis.
3. Employment Eligibility Verification (Form I-9):
