We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Gym Assistant / Front Desk Team Member to join our team and help make every family’s visit a positive and memorable experience.



Position Overview

The Gym Assistant / Front Desk Team Member plays an essential role in creating a welcoming environment for children and families. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids, has a positive attitude, and thrives in a fun, team-based setting.



Key Responsibilities

  • Greet families warmly and ensure every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Answer questions about programs, classes, parties, and memberships.
  • Promote Little Land’s classes, events, and programs to families.
  • Assist with customer check-in and point-of-sale transactions.
  • Keep the play gym neat, organized, and safe throughout the day.
  • Support staff and instructors during classes and events as needed.
  • Uphold a positive, energetic, and professional presence at all times.
  • Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols to maintain a safe environment for children and families.
Qualifications

  • Friendly, outgoing, and dependable personality with excellent customer service skills.
  • Enjoys interacting with children and families in a playful, encouraging way.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy, energetic environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be at least 16 years old; weekend availability required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, child care, or recreation is a plus (but not required).
