Accounts Receivable Specialist

Accounts Receivable Specialist (Yardi Experience Required)
We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist with strong accounting expertise and hands-on experience using Yardi for one of our clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment, excels at problem-solving, and brings accuracy and consistency to financial operations.

• Manage and process all accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Perform ledger adjustments and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts
• Utilize Yardi for accounting tasks, reporting, and data management
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies or payment issues
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation for all transactions
• Partner with internal teams to support timely and accurate financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Accounting working within the general ledger
• Solid accounting background with a strong focus on accounts receivable
• Proficiency in Yardi software (must-have)
• Proven experience with ledger adjustments and reconciliations
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational and communication skills
