Warehouse Associate, Receiving; First shift

• Receives and processes all incoming products into the warehouse using PC-based software.
• Compare identifying information, perform quality checks, and measure items of incoming shipments to verify against bills of lading, picking tickets, invoices, orders, or other records.
• Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and coordinate with supervisor to rectify damages or discrepancies; route items to proper departments.
• Reorder damaged or mis-shipped vendor materials after quality check.
• Serve as subject matter expert for inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager and participate in Daily Cycle Counting and quarterly full physical inventories.
• Ensure all inventory adjustments are reconciled daily before end of workday.
• Move overstock to the primary location and break down boxes for recycling daily or as needed.
• Partner with Epicor Specialists to resolve PO issues, reorders, negative on hands, and other inventory discrepancies.
• Inform Warehouse or Operations Manager of any receiving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with partners across the organization including Accounts Payable, Epicor Specialists, Operations, Purchasing, and Plan Review.

• High school diploma and/or GED.
• Associates Degree related to from an accredited college or university preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in a distribution or warehouse role in construction and/or home renovations/improvement industry, preferably within a luxury brand environment.
• Experience in supporting supply chain demands.
• Ability to calculate invoice and shipping totals as requested.
• Ability to accurately count inventory.

• Pay $23-$25/hour
