$30.00–$35.00/hour (commensurate with experience)

Are you a quality-focused professional with Seafood HACCP and SQF experience? Join Phillips Foods, Inc., a leader and food manufacturer in the crab/seafood industry and play a vital role in ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance on the production floor.

• Monitor food safety and quality procedures on the production floor
• Maintain SQF documentation and compliance
• Enforce and verify Seafood HACCP plans
• Conduct GMP and sanitation audits
• Support PCQI activities and food safety plan updates
• Use Genesis R&D for labeling and formulation compliance
• Train production staff on QA best practices
• QC in food or seafood manufacturing
• HACCP certification (required), Seafood HACCP certification (preferred)
• Genesis R&D software knowledge (bonus)
• Strong attention to detail and a hands-on work style

• Competitive hourly wage: $30.00–$35.00/hour
