This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Halethorpe, MD. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and handling a variety of property maintenance and repair tasks. This role requires efficient execution of industrial maintenance duties to support the overall upkeep of the facilities and ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for tenants and staff.

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance to ensure the lifespan and safety of equipment
• Skills in Maintenance & Repair for a variety of property systems
• Knowledge and hands‑on experience in Industrial Maintenance
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Familiarity with local building codes is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work are beneficial
