, you’ll play a critical role in transforming data into insights that keep our utility and renewable energy infrastructure projects on track, on budget, and built for long-term success.
Track, analyze, and control project costs for EPC energy and utility infrastructure projects, including transmission, substations, renewables, and utility construction work
Maintain and analyze budget vs. actuals
, forecasts, and cost trends across multi-year projectsDevelop and update Estimates at Completion (EAC) and Estimates to Complete (ETC)
Monitor cost deviations, trends, and risks
, escalating potential issues early to project leadershipSupport change management
, including change orders, budget transfers, and cost impactsCollaborate with Project Managers, Operations Directors, and technical teams to align financial performance with execution plans
Prepare clear, accurate cost reports, dashboards, and forecasts for internal leadership and external stakeholders
Support Project Controls Execution Plans and ensure adherence to company standards and procedures
Utilize systems such as JDE, Eco Sys, Procore, Excel, and Power BI to support job cost tracking and reporting
Serve as a trusted cost resource for assigned projects, contributing to continuous improvement in cost control practices
2+ years of experience in project cost control, job costing, or project controls within:
- EPC
- Construction
- Utilities
- Energy or infrastructure projects
Hands‑on experience with:
- Cost forecasting
- Budget control
- Change management
- Cost trend and risk analysis
Experience working in a project-based environment (not manufacturing or corporate accounting)
Proficiency in Excel (advanced level)
Experience with
JDE and/or Eco Sys

Procore experience preferredAbility to translate complex cost data into clear, actionable insights
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Finance
, or equivalent practical experienceWillingness to travel up to 10% domestically

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $73,600.00/Yr.
- USD $/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
