The purpose of this position is to provide high-quality mentoring and career guidance to Strategic Student Initiatives participants.
A bachelor's degree and one yearof successful experience working with collegiate-level programs fostering retention are required. Demonstrated success working in higher education with diverse student populations. Must have experience working with adult learners providing mentoring, instruction, advising, or academic support services.

- Recruitment and Placement: Recruit students, manage the application and selection process, and place interns in suitable positions.
