Starting Rate: $22.05/hour plus $1/hour 2nd shift differential

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 2nd shift Evenings 3pm-11pm, overtime as needed

Location: N9234 Lake Park Road, Appleton WI 54915

• Lead and coordinate the activities of employees and temps within the department
• Assign and train and redirect tasks to employees as needed. Ensure the team is working together to meet goals.
• Give safety tours and make sure safety standards are being met
• Assist with unloading trucks using forklift and walkie rides as needed to wrap pallets, staging freight
• Help drivers at the window as needed. Scheduling trucks for pick-ups. Request and enter routing information from customer websites
• Organize shipping paperwork (BOLs, invoices, packing slips).
• Verify completed orders prior to shipment and investigate missing parcels needed
• Discuss production, suggested improvements, and concerns with the Supervisor.
• This is a hands on Coordinator role, meaning the individual will help in completing shipping and receiving tasks, operator equipment, in addition to other duties as assigned.

• Job requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and will bestanding or walking for the entire duration of your shift
