Summer Driver Helper

Description

Will you be graduating high school soon or are a current college student looking for a fast paced summer position where your day flies by? Do you enjoy physical work? We are currently seeking enthusiastic, customer service oriented individuals to join our delivery team for the summer months! The Summer Helper assists drivers with daily deliveries. This is a full-time seasonal position running from mid‑May through Labor Day.

Flexibility is a must as start and end times may vary.

• Unloads product at appropriate accounts.
• Monitors code dates to ensure fresh product.
• Stocks, rotates and faces all products that are stocked.
• Manages, rotates and maintains a neat back room, when applicable.
• Rotates back stock to cooler and shelf space as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Full-time, Temporary

Based out of the Appleton warehouse

• Monday - Friday
• Early start/finish times

• Starting at $18 per hour
• Steel‑toed boots/shoes reimbursement up to $50
• Bonus Eligible:
  For those who work Monday, May 18th through Friday, August 28th (working 90% of scheduled workdays), they will receive a $500 bonus on their last check.

• A valid Driver’s License with clean driving record required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift/maneuver up to 165 pounds on a regular basis.
• Displays a positive attitude and patience in dealing with customers.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to multi‑task and prioritize.
• Strong communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Proven teamwork and people skills.
