The Mission

To execute specific installation tasks with minimal supervision and act as a reliable "right hand" to the Field Tech.

You have moved past general labor and are now performing skilled tasks like board installation, mechanical assembly, and basic turf installation.

• Sub-Assemblies:
  Build playground components like slides and climbers using power tools and manuals.
• Site Preparation:
  Install perimeter header boards and rough-spread limestone.
• Equipment Operation:
  Operate power brooms and infill spreaders.
• Turf Work:
  Perform rough cutting and turf trimming.
• Support:
  Complete other duties as assigned by the site supervisor.

• Wage: $21–$24/hr.
• Retirement: 401(k) with 2.5% Match (after 1 year).

• Holiday Pay: 7 paid holidays (must be present day before/after to receive pay).
• The Stability Bank:
  Protect your paycheck during slow weeks. Earn security hours at an 8:1 ratio (1 hour earned for every 8 non‑overtime hours worked), with a cap of 180 hours.
• Seasonal Balance:
  Includes Winter/Weather Flex scheduling to accommodate seasonal shifts.

• Field Gear:
  You will be provided with a Field Backpack (including a full PPE/Safety Kit), high‑vis apparel (shirts and pants), and a yearly boot allowance.

• Start Time: 6:45 AM at the shop.
• Travel:
  You are paid your full hourly rate for all travel time in company vehicles. We do not "dock" pay for travel.
• Lodging:
  For overnight projects, the company provides and pays for clean, reputable accommodations (max 2 team members per room).
• Per Diem: $40 daily tax‑free meal allowance for every night spent away from home.
• Physical Demands:
  Must be able to lift 80lbs and work in outdoor heat.
