Our De Pere location is expanding, and we’re looking for a Trailer Technician / Trailer Mechanic who takes pride in their craft and wants to work in a clean, modern, and supportive environment.

• $22–$35/hr (based on experience & certifications)

• Vacation up to 4 weeks – fast accrual

• Proven self-starter who thrives in independent work environments

• Diagnose and repair brake, air, electrical (lighting, ABS), and suspension systems

• Weld and fabricate steel and aluminum trailer components

• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized

• Handle on-site service calls independently

• Perform DOT and Preventative maintenance inspections on trailers On-Site

• Communicate with customers clearly and professionally

• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License (CDL preferred)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

• Experience with welding, fabrication, or trailer repair preferred

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform hands-on tasks safely
