• Inspect materials like concrete and asphalt, take measurements, document results, and ensure our road construction meets strict standards.
• Work outdoors at various project sites throughout Wisconsin, learning valuable technical skills from day one.

• $24+/hour starting pay

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Willingness to work flexible hours (construction schedules vary)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Basic math skills (we’ll teach you what you need!)
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for the right person)

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• The ability to follow instructions and work independently once trained
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• A strong work ethic
