What You’ll Do- Inspect materials like concrete and asphalt, take measurements, document results, and ensure our road construction meets strict standards.
- Work outdoors at various project sites throughout Wisconsin, learning valuable technical skills from day one.
- $24+/hour starting pay

- Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math skills (we’ll teach you what you need!)
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for the right person)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to follow instructions and work independently once trained
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- A strong work ethic
