This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Appleton, WI. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting sales operations through order processing, maintaining customer and supplier relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key activities include order processing from start to finish, including entering orders, tracking shipments and making adjustments as customers require, distributing key paperwork, generating invoices, tracking payments, among other things.
The position will work closely with our sales team, accounting group, and credit managers to insure all protocols are met. This position requires the ability to multi‑task on a daily basis, while working with multiple customers and suppliers via phone and email.
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Customer Service to effectively support sales operations and meet customer needs
- Strong written and oral communication skills to maintain great relationships with our customers and suppliers.
- Comfortable with computer usage including email, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, etc. as well as the ability to learn new computer systems such as SAP, Cietrade or others.
- Capability to work collaboratively within a team as well as individually as needed, at times with minimal supervision
- Strong sense of customer service and professionalism, communicating with suppliers and customers in a professional manner is imperative.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in sales, business, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to multi‑task, while prioritizing specific orders or situations as they arise
