• Conduct inbound telesales for Comcast services to small-to-medium business customers
• Meet and exceed sales targets by generating sales from inbound calls and following up with potential customers
• Promote bundled products using knowledge of the latest offerings and articulate their benefits
• Manage customer relationships from the initial call through to resolution or escalation
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in CRM software on a daily basis

• Minimum educational requirement:
  High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Basic understanding of Excel and CRM pipeline management
• Ability to manage a longer sales cycle and demonstrate product knowledge

• Experience in mobile sales or with fiber and advanced voice services
• Familiarity with consultative sales processes and customer relationship management
• Strong product knowledge and technical skills in telecommunications
