** America's premier replacement window and door company, is looking to add motivated and driven Call Center Agents, who are excited to work in a
** high-volume
** call center, and passionate about being the first step in our customer's window replacement journey to our team!

This is a full-time, in-office position, and a 12pm-8pm shift. We have an hourly base ($17-18) plus monthly UNCAPPED bonuses typically ranging from $150-500 monthly!
** Candidates unable to commute to our Appleton, WI office and who cannot work the 12-8pm shift will not be considered.
** As a Inside Sales Agent**,
** you will work in-office at our Appleton, WI location, speak to prospective customers, build rapport to work through objections, and achieve sales goals.

* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads
* Promote products and services to current and prospective customers
* Understand customer needs and requirements
* Schedule in-home consultations for customers
* Participate in weekly training huddles

** KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERTISE:
*** Above average skills with interpersonal communication and negotiation
* Strong phone presence
* Driven, with a strong desire to succeed, excel, and grow
* Strong listening and presentation skills
* Naturally outgoing and self-disciplined
* Past retail, customer service, sales, and telemarketing experience a major plus
* Ability to work afternoons and some weekends
* Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time
* Ability to work from a computer and on a phone/headset for extended periods of time
