Key Lead, Fox River (Abercrombie & Fitch Co.)

We are hiring a Key Lead for the Hollister brand at our Fox River location. The role is integral to delivering a high-quality in‑store customer experience and driving sales performance.

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. The role is part of the store leadership team and drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

• Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Retail
  
  Experience:
  
  At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
